About a week ago, over in Kingsland, Arkansas, the birthplace of Johnny Cash had a very unusual sight at the Water Tower, which had a silhouette of the much-beloved Cash. Someone had taken a very accurate shot at the 50,000-gallon water tank resulting in a single shot allowing water to tinkle out of Johnny Cash. As a result, officials have arrested a Kingsland resident. We have complete details to follow.

Officials arrested 38 year old Timothy Sled of Kingsland on Monday, for shooting the 50,000-gallon water tank in Kingsland, Arkansas. He has been charged with 2 felony charges, one for criminal mischief and another for impairing the operation of a vital public utility.
As we reported, the bullet struck the silhouette of Cash to make him look like he was peeing, and caused a leak in the water tank for nearly a week. Officials estimated the tank lost about 30k gallons of water per day, and cost $5k to fix.
He was found on a nearby security camera from a local business. Authorities say an additional arrest could be possible.
Sled appeared before District Judge Tom Wynne on Tuesday for a probable cause hearing. His bond was set at $5,000. Sled’s next court date will be July 2 in Cleveland County Circuit Court.
