Have you felt like you’d like to do more to “change the world?” CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) need more volunteers. You will change the world through your time spent advocating for a child who needs compassion and a connection to a trusted adult.

Jasper County CASA is a non-profit that provides volunteer advocates to children in foster care. All of the children we serve were abused or neglected. Our CASAs (Court Appointed Special Advocates) meet with the kids and make a connection with them; they support them through their journey in foster care.

They also advocate on their behalf by writing court reports, attending team staffing and meetings, attending court hearings, and more.

Our training class begins April 6 and is a 5 week, 30-hour course. If you would like to advocate for children in foster care please call 417-680-3250 or visit jascocasa.org
